Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Radish Learning, operated by Radish Learning Ltd (“Radish”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Radish Learning is

Radish Learning is a web-based digital literacy course for children aged 11–14, designed to be used under parental guidance. The course consists of 12 modules, delivered through a structured, age-appropriate learning environment. A parent view provides conversation prompts and progress tracking for each module.

The course is released progressively. Modules 1 to 6 are available now, with a new module released on the 1st of every month until the course is complete.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at kate@radishlearning.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Feedback contact

By creating a Radish Learning account, you agree that we may contact you by email to ask for feedback on your experience. This contact is directly related to the service you have signed up to. It is not marketing.

You may opt out of feedback contact at any time by replying to any feedback email or by emailing kate@radishlearning.com. Opting out will not affect your access to the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your immediate family
• Attempt to access, copy, or redistribute any course content for commercial purposes
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or reproduce any part of the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual property

All course content, lesson material, quiz questions, illustrations, and software that make up Radish Learning are the intellectual property of Radish Learning Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your child’s private educational use only.

6. Access and availability

We aim to keep Radish Learning available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or temporarily remove features without notice. We will try to give reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.

Radish Learning is available on a monthly subscription of £4.99 per month. Lesson 1 is free to try without a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability

Radish Learning is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radish Learning Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing kate@radishlearning.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
